Assured Buyback Policy

At Sway Jewels, our dedication to customer satisfaction goes beyond the initial purchase. We offer a transparent and customer-centric Lifetime Buyback Policy, allowing our customers to resell their purchased Sway Jewels items to us if ordered within us. This policy is designed to offer a sense of security and flexibility, offering you options in case you wish to upgrade your jewellery or simply return the item.

When opting for buyback, the reimbursement value is determined based on the prevailing market value at the time of the request. Customers are entitled to receive 90% of the current market value as the buyback amount.

Buyback Procedure:

  • To initiate the buyback process, kindly contact our Customer Service team at hello@swayjewels.com, specifying your order ID and attaching your purchase documents (order confirmation email).
  • Expect a response from us within 24-48 business hours, outlining your eligibility and an estimated current market value for your item.
  • Upon approval, a free insured pick-up will be arranged from your location. Ensure to include all items and the original diamond certificate. Failure to include the product certificate will result in a deduction of ₹2,500.
  • Upon receiving the item, a thorough quality assessment will be conducted. It's essential to note that the final value will be determined during this quality check, accounting for any defects or loose stones that may impact the revised current market value.
  • Once approved, funds will be processed into your bank account within 4 to 7 business days.

Please note: The whole process rests at the discretion of the Sway Jewels team, considering factors such as the quality check assessment and the established current market value.
